The place is down town so you may have to find parking on Santa Clara Ave. My order was ready for pick up. As far as taste goes my teas were great. I would come here again. I think the cups are a great size. ”

“ Went to this shop and was surprised that it is opened after 8pm! Had a really pleasant chat with the shop owner and the tea is amazing, super fragrant and aromatic and authentic, it is on par with the bubble tea chains from Taiwan. “ Best Thai Tea I’ve ever had, to be honest. The popcorn chicken is delicious and I enjoy ordering the spiciest. I’ve also had the fried milk and fried ice cream, very unique and delicious. Parking is a bit tough but considering the area it makes sense. Love the fact that they are open late. ”
